Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of large-scale software development projects from conception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and dependencies through proactive problem-solving.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to increase team velocity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within a SaaS or software engineering environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
