Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for engineering and design teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and status reporting.
- Identify project bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain velocity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze project metrics to report on efficiency and technical debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects.
- Expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical logs and performance data.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
