Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of high-visibility technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines or system integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps and resource allocation plans.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integration schedules.
- Analyze project performance metrics to optimize workflows and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage technical stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
