Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development life cycles (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and QA departments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, allocation, and reporting to ensure delivery within scope and time.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
- Prepare and present high-level status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data sets and project dependencies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a distributed or hybrid team environment.
