Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and technical bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team productivity.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure high-ROI outcomes.
- Communicate project status and technical roadmaps effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP/Prince2 certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within the software development or SaaS domain.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with a mastery of Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project milestones.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure concepts and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Proven history of delivering large-scale, high-visibility projects under tight deadlines.
