Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycles for high-visibility product initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment between Engineering, Product, and Stakeholder teams.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting with precision.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum best practices to increase team velocity and quality.
- Synthesize technical requirements into actionable project plans for non-technical leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management toolsets and internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and software architecture concepts.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and project visualization tools like Miro or Asana.
