Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle for high-visibility technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage complex project roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Run effective agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project tasks for software development teams.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, budget tracking, and velocity to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software engineering environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification highly preferred.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and advanced project tracking software.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to foresee technical risks and dependencies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
