Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software development projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Facilitate clear communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize team velocity and process efficiency through data-driven insights.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or cloud environment.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M annually.
- Strong technical literacy with an understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business field.
