Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects from concept to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Identify, document, and mitigate technical risks to ensure project timeline integrity.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored to team workflows.
- Report project status, roadblocks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in SDLC processes to increase team velocity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the tech industry.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project management roadmapping tools.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale software initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
