Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and dependency management.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to increase team velocity and output quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing transparent status reporting.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting to maximize project ROI.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with active PMP or CSM certification preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven performance reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
