Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, defining milestones, resource allocation, and critical path dependencies.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M, ensuring optimal ROI and resource efficiency.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to report on project velocity, health, and burn-down rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, specifically within software development.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification required.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level SaaS deployments and cloud migrations.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Business field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
