Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and stakeholders to eliminate blockers and drive alignment.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored to team performance and project complexity.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and strategic capacity planning to maximize ROI.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies through rigorous documentation and planning.
- Report key performance indicators and project health metrics to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence by promoting best practices in SDLC and continuous deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks with active PMP or CSM certification.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Superior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate technical ambiguity.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
