Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for high-impact software engineering initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress using modern agile methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and milestone achievements to stakeholders through transparent reporting.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and operational efficiency within the project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern deployment practices.
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
