Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with senior management objectives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting with high precision.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and retrospective analysis.
- Provide regular status reports and executive dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of shipping software products in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Slack.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset and capability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
