Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and product managers to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools across the organization.
- Ensure technical alignment with architectural vision and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring junior staff.
