Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects across multiple global engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying milestones, risks, and critical path dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster team velocity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive communication and transparent reporting on project health.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies to improve operational efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project roadblocks, providing actionable solutions to keep development cycles on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and advanced project tracking tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical constraints into business insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
