Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from concept and requirements gathering to final deployment and maintenance.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product owners, to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation, while actively mitigating risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT and software development sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
