Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between software engineering, product design, and QA teams.
- Identify project bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting and executive-level presentations.
- Drive agile maturity across teams by implementing best practices and continuous improvement loops.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and employee engagement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and release roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software deployments.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
