Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical software development projects.
- Define project scope, resource requirements, and schedules with absolute clarity.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical output with business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to increase team velocity and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software engineering environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex project budgets and resource allocation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience leading remote or distributed global engineering teams.
