Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects in a high-growth environment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Optimize internal processes to increase development velocity and team efficiency.
- Provide regular progress reports and data-driven insights to executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
