Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
- Identify, document, and proactively mitigate project risks and technical blockers.
- Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum processes to enhance team velocity and sprint efficiency.
- Conduct stakeholder briefings to provide transparent updates on milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to support core project objectives.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing project management tools for real-time reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- PMP or CSM/PSM certification highly preferred.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana or equivalent workflow management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to engineering leads.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on remote and distributed team leadership.
