Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and product owners.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Implement process improvements to increase team velocity and product quality.
- Report project status, KPIs, and roadblocks to stakeholders through executive dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and project management automation tools.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand architectural trade-offs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work culture.
