Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project visualization tools.
- Strong technical background with an ability to engage in architectural discussions.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
