Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for agile development squads.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and KPIs to executive stakeholders regularly.
- Maintain high engineering standards by ensuring technical debt is proactively addressed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable software products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PMP or CSM certification is a plus).
