Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for high-stakes software development initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, scope, and technical requirements.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cross-departmental dependencies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts for business stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
