Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects within highly distributed engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, blockers, and resource constraints before they impact delivery timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communication, translating complex technical challenges into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Drive process optimization and documentation standards to increase development velocity and team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and prioritize the product backlog for maximum business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with a proven track record of scaling project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Demonstrated experience leading remote or globally distributed teams in a high-velocity production environment.
