Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from concept through deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum best practices to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and roadmap adjustments to C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and budget planning for large-scale technical infrastructure projects.
- Foster a high-performance environment through mentorship and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in a SaaS environment.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage remote, distributed teams in a high-growth startup environment.
