Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for multinational corporations
- Lead tax compliance initiatives including federal, state, and international filings
- Manage complex mergers & acquisitions tax due diligence
- Mentor junior tax professionals through structured training programs
- Advise clients on tax-efficient restructuring opportunities
- Collaborate with internal audit teams on risk mitigation
Qualifications
- CPA license required with 7+ years of tax experience
- Master's degree in Taxation or related field
- Proven expertise in international tax law and transfer pricing
- Strong proficiency in tax software (ProSystem, CCH, OnePoint)
- Experience managing tax compliance for multinational entities
- Exceptional analytical and client communication skills
