Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation.
- Lead tax compliance filings and collaborate with international tax advisors for cross-border operations.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic investment decisions.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Deep technical expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct) and MS Excel.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
