- Prepare, review, and file complex corporate and personal tax returns within strict deadlines.
- Conduct thorough tax research to interpret changing regulations and advise clients on compliance matters.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on complex tax issues.
- Utilize advanced tax software (e.g., Vertex, SAS) to manage tax data and reporting processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, or CIPFA, with a strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of UK tax experience.
- Deep understanding of UK Corporation Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-experts.
