Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis with government stakeholders to define system scope and objectives.
- Design, develop, and document detailed technical specifications and system architectures for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical designs and adherence to coding standards.
- Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Perform system performance tuning, security audits, and data integrity checks to maintain operational excellence.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all solutions comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related technical role.
- Proven experience working in the Government or Public Sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Java for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
