Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to support critical federal IT modernization initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis to define system specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security standards, including FISMA compliance and NIST guidelines.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system implementations, from design and testing to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and policy makers, to resolve technical blockers.
- Document system processes, architecture diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Monitor system performance and uptime, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure 99.99% availability.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integration projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, specifically within the Government/Public Sector or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Federal IT frameworks such as FedRAMP, DIACAP, or NIST 800-53.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
