Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Network Optimization: Analyze and optimize the supply chain network, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate terms with 3PL providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels and cost control.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using data-driven insights and automation tools.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, forecast trends, and make data-backed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-pressure projects.
