Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying sourcing opportunities to contract execution and vendor performance management.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with global suppliers to ensure maximum value for the organization.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to develop innovative sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Oversee the onboarding and evaluation of new suppliers to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDEdwards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPM, or ACS) is highly desirable.
