Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience for all customers.
- Execute and maintain high-level visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide KPIs.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Manage payroll, schedules, and budget adherence to ensure profitability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail trends.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising is a plus.
