Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, high-availability software systems using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and infrastructure to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant stack (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
