Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical strategy for complex projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability under high load.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
