Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions utilizing modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and drive product strategy.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and high availability for our clients.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code efficiently in a live production environment.
- Contribute to the architecture of microservices and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C++).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
