Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable backend services using modern languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on AWS/Azure, ensuring security best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and ORM tools.
- Database: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
