Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Design scalable backend services and microservices architecture to support global traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, throughput, and latency across our entire stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to maintain exceptional engineering quality.
- Identify and resolve complex bottlenecks and architectural debt.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability of mission-critical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed systems in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Kubernetes).
