Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive test coverage.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across global infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through technical guidance and pair programming.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.99% system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
