Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production defects and implement preventative measures.
- Implement CI/CD integration pipelines to accelerate release cycles without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of engineering excellence across the organization.
- Perform rigorous security and load testing to ensure system scalability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically in automated testing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with test frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient test code.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
