Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement CI/CD pipelines to maintain high code quality.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify technical debt and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
