Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Python/R and cloud platforms
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for model validation
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Proven track record of translating technical results into business impact
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
