- User-Centric Design: Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and drive product iterations.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to measure success and guide future development cycles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present compelling product proposals to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
