Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-availability, scalable microservices using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical specifications.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure code quality through rigorous peer code reviews and automated testing.
- Optimize system performance and reliability, addressing bottlenecks in real-time data processing pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical client systems.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of our engineering roadmap by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Proven track record of designing and maintaining distributed systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and observability tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex algorithmic challenges.
