Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights and drive product roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to translate technical findings into business strategies.
- Optimize data pipelines and model infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency in production environments.
- Present technical and non-technical data insights to executive stakeholders to influence strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with deep expertise in libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and PyTorch.
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation; familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
