Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software systems using modern engineering practices.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and low latency for our applications.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to establishing coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
