Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize business initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across platforms
- Present findings to leadership teams and translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Strong Python skills with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
