Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
